Following the tragedy at Grenfell every tower block in the country was inspected to avoid the same from happening. Upon further inspection the tower blocks of Horatia and Leamington were found to be structurally unsound and were this evacuated. This has resulted in two twenty story flat blocks that should be bursting with light and life sitting hauntingly dark by night.
It could be argued that the ongoing status and the suffrage of the 272 families that once resided in those tower blocks would be lessened had they been fortunate to not be in need of council accommodation.
Are their lives of a lesser value?
