Experimenting with crystal

Funny how even after over 15 years of being a photographer there are methods and techniques I’ve never tried.

Recently I saw a students work where he had experimented with a crystal ball to make creative photographs. So I got my own and tried it out!

Can’t wait to try it at different locations on bright days!

Been wanting to shoot this location for ages!

Non-Place and Industry

There’s something I’ve always loved about shooting at night. It’s that ‘playground of light’. This, coupled with my love of non-place, deadpan and industrial spaces, comes together to form photographic documents the likes of which many do not consider!

Shinrin Yoku

A new, on going project, with an abstract approach to the calming act of ‘Shinrin Yoku’ or ‘Forest Bathing’.  These slow exposure panning images create a different feel to photography and its use to document the world around us.
